After being involved in a wreck with the 1986 F150, I needed something else to drive while I fixed it. I then bought this 1997 Ford F350 7.3 Diesel. I first replaced the glow plugs, as it didn’t start well. I then deleted the EBPV with a new turbo outlet and pedestal. The brakes stopped working so I replaced the vacuum booster. I rebuilt the fuel bowl with new seals. Tired of those old steel wheels, I got some new aluminum wheels and spiked lugs. I pulled the old carpet out, and got rid of the previous owners poorly wired under glow lighting. I replaced the slave cylinder and hose. Getting ready for a 4×4 swap, I got an axle, springs, and hangers at Collis Truck Parts. I painted the springs, hangers, knuckles, axle, and hubs. I also added a set of Glowshift gauges.
